You do things that only put you down.
You’ll look at another girl/guy and wish you were as goodlooking as he/she is.
You’ll look at a dude/girl and think he/she’s so hot, and you have no chance with him.
You’ll look at yourself and frown.
Feeling like a letdown to anyone who likes you, calls you friend, or lover, or coworker. Feel like you could be better, should be better.

Today I...
Thought about giving my dog away to someone who could look after him better and spend more quality time with him, after coming home to find him at my neighbours house and them telling me he had broken into their garden about 6 times during the day while I was at work.
I then called Marc and had a mini breakdown about being the worlds worst parent and I clearly don’t deserve such a beautiful puppy if I can think such horrible things. Marc said he’d sooner quit his job than ever give Ned away, he’s amazing.
Major emotional breakdown ensued. Not helped by the fact I have to go to Gloucester for a stupid training day tomorrow so I’ll be out of the house for 12 hours :(
Am now looking into doggy daycare for him but it’s like £75 a week and I reallllly don’t have a spare £75 a week lying around. Good job I have nice friends who go and walk and cuddle him for me when I’m out.
