I realized how much more accepting the people on tumblr are than people at my school. If you’re gay or of a different race, even transgender, you’re shamed and made fun of.
I’m not any of those but people think i’m emo just because I wear giant dark colored jackets and dark clothes. And my skin is pale enough that people as if i know what the sun is.
Then I get on tumblr and I just feel like this is home. No one cares about your sexuality. Your gender. Race. It only matter about you. Find your fandom and be happy!

Knights and Guards...
Alright I have something I have to fix. Thanks to knowing history I am getting annoyed at everything believing the guards are something to laugh at. This I blame on a game that you were MEANT to win, and them dumbing down the brutality of real life guards so that you COULD win. So here’s a quick history lesson for everyone that wishes to rp with me. [Please read, it’s rather telling how badass the Assassin’s actually are. Well Ezio and Altair anyway because they had to deal with fully armored guards.]
People were used to harsh conditions back then, every book on sword techniques with single hand weapon combat has one hand on the hilt, the other… is being used to deflect and slap away the blade, or grip their own blade half way up to add more power to a thrust, with or without armor on, usually without. They are grown men, trained to kill, and trained to withstand the weight of their armor. Knights were trained for battle, a usual ‘light’ suit of armor weight somewhere around 150 lbs that’s just the plate mail. They were trained to be able to run and live in that shit, along with fight. Chainmail by itself a full suit is around 75 lbs. Both were normally warn together with some sort of leather padding underneath.
Now Papal guards, the ones directly under Cesare’s command are even scarier. All of their armor and weaponry is top of the line thanks to them working for the Vatican. They wear full heavy armor. With chainmail underneath, and usually leather padding. all combined comes to a grand total of something around 300 lbs. Which kind of explains why they had so much health huh? That health bar is you chipping away at the armor till you can actually land a hit on something vital. But by far the thing that scares me the most? The thing is that these men have no fear of death. They know where they’re going after they die and they know they’re granted seats in heaven… Something like that coming at you wont go down from just slashing him. He has an Ideal and he wont go down easy. People like that are known for taking hit after hit after hit and getting back up every single time. Usually dying where they stand once the fight is won and they stop fighting.
That’s what made Ezio and Altair so scary. They trained for years to be able to do what they do and were always learning and perfecting their techniques. They knew the weak points in the armor and used those to his advantage. Weak points in the armor usually include the armpits, the neck, and the back of the knees. That’s about it. The spring action of the hidden blade helps to get past the chain mail that shields those points.
Makes sense why a stealth kill is in the neck now doesn’t it?
