How to Block Quote? :) (tutorial)
Mind you that this tut is for the first “block quote-er” on some post. If another block quote exist on a post, this tut is not for you. Read it HERE.
I’ll make a new tut or should I say, I’ll modify the tutorial I’ve posted before because Tumblr has changed. :(
I’ll make it suuuuuuper easier this time, k? :)
First, type your Tumblr username, like this.
Wait, should I really have to show you that? lol
Secondly, select the username you typed earlier.
Third, click the Insert/Edit Link above
then a mini window will appear.
It’s obvious that you should type your Tumblr URL, where will it open if you/someone clicks it, you can leave the Title as it is. The Title is for when you hover that linked word, you will have an idea where it leads you to. Like HERE. (just hover it)
See? :)
So back to the tutorial,
Fourth, click INSERT.
then, put a colon after the username.
Fifth, click ENTER.
Sixth, click Block Quote above.
There you go!!! ^___^

I just learned how to do a BLOCK QUOTE! But not in a usual way! I know this is the lamest but at least I found a way on how to do it. So let’s get started. :>
I first clicked the REBLOG link. *but we should click first the blog with block quote by others to proceed*
Secondly, click the HTML thingy. -_-
yeah a new window will open for HTML editing. copy the first code and paste it then change it in your own link! like this:
Of course, click UPDATE afterwards. and look if you successfully did it. :)
