‘Protesters’ - from 10/2010 onwards.
For the past year I have been attending protest marches and documenting what I see through photography, videos and collecting ephemera. The subsequent drawings I produced are based on a selection from over 3,000 stills of individuals and range from 5cm square to 1.5 metres high in size. The project is ongoing and serves to be an objective documentation of individual human reaction, expression and interaction.
