The More I Read (L-Carnitine)

The more I’m convinced that L-Carnitine is a must have supplement for keto-folk such as myself.

Read this study’s abstract.

“The association of increased protein accretion (protein synthesis > protein degradation) and reduced backfat thickness… suggests pigs fed carnitine are more able to use fat for energy, divert carbon toward synthesis of amino acids, and spare branched-chain amino acids for protein synthesis.”
