Shiroi Koibito translates into ” White Beloved Ones ” and it was named by its founder after falling of snowflakes.
The white creamy chocolate formed into square and sandwiched between two freshly baked butter cookies, made from Hokkaido local produced dairy products and to please visitors looking for a unique souvenir to bring home. I was told the product only available in Hokkaido and Narita airport, gentle reminder to you all; pack one before proceed to the departure hall! DO NOT THINK JUST BUY!
The milky white chocolate melted instantly while the thin crispy biscuits crumbles in your mouth and I’m getting addictive as single piece is never enough. The product have a shelf life of about 2 months, each piece printed with expiry date on the green/white wrapper and can be giving away to friend individually.
