Today, I had a meet up with the editor of our hometown paper. It’s not a big publication but he likes my photos and wants to send me out on assignments around our town. No, I’m not getting paid cos it’s on a volunteer basis. I’m excited! It’s a foot in the door. I do get photo credit and an introductory write up in the paper. He’s hoping to make me house photographer. They don’t have subscriptions and rely on advertising to pay the bills but it’s a start and everyone starts at the bottom! So Bryant Eslava and Kodi Lane, you guys inspire me! Thanks for sharing your work to the rest of us! Now, if I can get the editor to accept film photo as well as digital! Lol it’s all good! ☺

So I like to check out the people who actually like my posts.
And to my surprise someone I’ve heard of before liked a post of mine.
Who might that person be?
Kodi Lane.
Kodi Lane is a Canadian photographer who live in Los Angeles.
How might I know about him you ask?
Well I aspire to be a profession fashion model, doing commercial print & runway.
And I am always looking up photographers, designers, people who work in the fashion industry, ect.
I am well educated with fashion and the people involved.
And I thought it was pretty cool if I do say so myself that Kodi Lane stumbled across my post on how un-productive my day was and liked it.
