it’s enjolras/grantaire but tbh it’s the entire universe/world-building that i’m utterly enraptured with
it basically builds on the idea that each city in the world has a human-appearing personification of it?? who’s immortal and invulnerable apart from to fire and they reflect their cities and love their people and wow yeah it’s just amazing
and the fic has grantaire as the personification of paris, hiding from everybody because all the years of blood and despair have turned him into a hardened cynic, and enjolras figures out who he is
but the whole thing like the characters of each of the cities (london and moscow especially) i’m just completely and utterly in love with i want to marry this fic i want a proper book about this world like wow

I don’t even know if I can properly explain it. It seems like they are people who believe they are something other than human - like animals or supernatural things. It’s really weird.

no i definitely think you could just pick it up!! all you need to know tbh is that enjolras is leading a band of revolutionaries and you can pick it up from there. there’s a tumblr for it here too which sort of gives a wider look at the whole world which is wonderful.

Actually, John was saying that they’ll probably do a thing where people nominate their friends that they think deserve it, so it’s a lot less Hunger Games and a lot more Oprah.

We absolutely ship to other countries! You get a packet in the mail with a DVD filled with footage, and you also get a goodie bag of, like, a lanyard and name tag and all sorts of other stuff you’d have gotten had you attended.
And there will also be raffles to give away free supporting memberships! So you can enter those, if nothing else!

Oh, that’s a much sweeter deal than I thought! What do I have to do to become eligible? Like, do I just follow Jarrow and wait or do I have to legit fill an application?
Those details will become available closer to the con, but following jarrow and the faberrycon tumblr itself is a good place to start so you know what’s going on when. and I’ll try and reblog those things as they come up as well.
