I’ve only played Kirby Air Ride once or twice, but my god, do I listen to this song a lot. Whenever I’m playing the Halberd stage in Smash Bros. Brawl, I always have “Checker Knights” as top priority song (though we all know that slider scale is a load of crap). I just think this is a fun song. I have no idea how it’s a song for fit for a racing game, but it’s still cool.
