Character headcanon: She carried on her family’s legacy, and also became really close with Gau. She learned sides of her brother that she never knew from him. At first, she was really jealous of  Gau because he got to know Raikou in ways that she never did. But then she realized that Gau made her brother a better person and that they loved each other on an almost spiritual level. She sorta adopted Gau as a little brother, and even though she never told Gau, Raimei wishes that they could have all lived together - just the three of them.
