In My Own Little Corner

anyone who knows me well knows that this could easily be my theme song, as I very rarely leave my own little corner or my own little chair. and ordinarily, were the situation in my little corner not as bleak as it is, I’d have uploaded this on my personal blog in celebration of the Tonys, but I didn’t get the chance, so I thought I’d share it here for fun. (I’m no Laura Osnes how does she even?!?!?) R&H truly did write a joyous score for Cinderella. <3

oh hot damn, this is my jam | 21 | cough syrup → young the giant

so today was one of those days where something big and bad happens that makes you go ‘shit. what is life.’ after freaking out a little and realising that life is good and everything worked out okay, i calmed down and did what makes me feel better, sang a little something. this really sums up how i was feeling for most of today. i did it in one take so it’s not that great. but just needed to get it out.

Please don't ever wonder! Your stuff is amazing and wonderful and your love of friends makes me feel better and less crazy knowing that other people are as obsessive as me! Although you can stop thieves, forget about them. You are far better than they'll ever be. Never stop doing what you're doing - too many people would be crushed if you did :) <3

Thank you. Really, thank you. I don’t ever seriously consider stopping. I run this blog as much for myself as I do for you guys, and I really do enjoy making gifs. I just get tired. The disrespect of stealing on top of everything else going on in my life makes me feel so tired. But as long as there are fans like you following me, I’ll keep going.
