I think some people were expecting Booth to have a huge breakdown or something, but he didn't and really don't believe he would...
That may have been his father, and he still holds a lot of anger, but he hadn’t seen the man in 20 years. Booth’s struggle at the end was so well played because he was obviously still angry because of the bad memories, yet battling with the emotions of the happy memories that were now thrust upon him because of the box.
20 years is a long time to not have seen someone, no matter if it was his father or not. He may still hold that anger and hurt, but that’s a long time and he’s moved on too. A huge breakdown would’ve been over the top for me.
This was a huge impact for me since I have the same struggles in my life too. I hope I don’t have to find out for years to come, but I see myself reacting the same way as Booth at the end, and I still LIVE with him. This was wonderfully acted for me.

"Basco" or "Vasco" thoughts
With the recent release of the latest Gokaiger SH Figuarts, a lot of people have been confused about Basco’s name since the box has it labeled “Vasco.” While it’s true in Japanese, the “ba” and “va” are interchangable so TECHNICALLY either way is correct. But I’m just gonna throw my thoughts out here and if you agree, then great! If not, well good for you too. Just saying my opinion.
My belief? It’s really spelled “Basco” with a B.
Edit: When I say “spelled” I mean written out in Roman letters. When you actually say it “Basco” and “Vasco” sound the same n Japanese anyway.
Why?
Well first of all, his emblem has the B on it
Then on his back his emblem has a B too
Also, his name is supposedly derived from the hot sauce “Tabasco” hence the “Basco Ta” in his name. And Jolokia is a spicy pepper so logically his name is supposed to come from spicy materials. Though Wiki says it’s also derived from a man named “Vasco Da Gama” so maybe that’s where the box naming came from I just thought that’s where they got the name structure or something. *shrugs* That’s just my theory.
Anyway, in the show and on official merch like magazine scans he’s been labeled as ”Basco”

So yeah. I’m just gonna say whoever designed the box from SH Figuarts just went with the Japanese-Engrish spelling, though it should be Basco. That’s my two cents. Feel free to believe if it’s Basco or Vasco but I’m going to stick to Basco because that’s what his wanted poster says.

If Haylor isn’t discussed on David Letterman tonight I think it will further confirm it is a publicity stunt. Clearly they don’t care about hiding their “relationship” since they have been gallivanting around town together and Harry has been photographed leaving her hotel three mornings in a row. Logically if their relationship is real then Harry should have no problem talking about it and David should ask questions about it.

We are Directioners. We are the reason the boys are where they are and the reason they will continue to succeed (they’ve said so themselves).
Who cares if Mr. X is real or fake? At this point, it doesn’t matter. Mr. X (or the idea) is showing us that WE are the reason good things happen in this fandom and WE are also the reason we can’t have nice things in this fandom.
(when I say WE I mean the collective…obviously not every fan/Directioner goes bat shit crazy over everything or sends threats to the boys/families/friends or refuses to be logical/rational about you know…EVERYTHING)
Anyway…no matter what the point of the “Storm” is…take from it that we do this to ourselves and what happens to us happens to the boys.
If we can have such a global and personal affect on them and each other…why can’t we keep it POSITIVE?
