What is the difference between a dress and a jumper skirt?

A jumperskirt is a type of dress. It’s a dress that doesn’t have sleeves. Usually they have straps instead. Most of the time Lolitas refer to dresses that do have sleeves as an OP or one piece because the sleeves are attached so you don’t have to add a blouse, but both JSKs and OPs are types of dresses.
