These videos were created by exploiting glitches inherent to the Worlds engine, a pre-cursor to Second Life. Worlds has been live, on-line since the late 1990s and is still an active community. Development stopped years ago leaving Worlds as a living museum of late 90s and early 2000s pop culture. 3D models of everything from 90s era IBM desktop computers, COMPAQ laptops, and band pages for the likes of David Bowie, Britney Spears, and Hanson create a rich, archaeologically interesting virtual environment which was exploited, copy+pasted, and exaggerated to create these videos.
