Furnished Short-term Stay in Komagome

Komagome is in the northeastern part of Tokyo and only a few stops away from Ikebukuro, a busy city district with a lot of nightlife activities. We have a room available in Komagome that is a 7 minute walk from the Toei Mita Line’s Sengoku Station, a 9 minute walk from the JR Yamanote Line’s Komagome Station, and a 9 minute walk from the Tokyo Metro Nanboku Line’s Hon-Komagome Station.

The room is 16.50㎡ in area and rent is 110,000yen per month. Utilities are 20,000yen per month (not included in price of rent.) It is furnished and includes free internet, a gas kitchen stove, and drying system in bathroom. Shared facilities include elevator, delivery box area, and bicycle parking area.

To move in you will need your passport, 1 month’s rent, key money (1 month’s rent), and linen/cleaning fee (30,000yen). Deposit, guarantor, and commission fee are not required! You may make a reservation up to 2 weeks before you move and may pay in cash or by bank transfer. Credit card and check are not accepted methods of payment.
