Went with my friend to see a show of metal bands at Jannus Landing

Friend decides its a good idea to put his phone in my back pack.

I get sucked into the crowd of moshing men and crazy groupies

everyone is pushing and shoving others from the energy

lost in the sea of people I call them only to remember he put his phone in my pack

music blaring from the speakers and I have this look upon my face that says scared little girl = fresh meat.

creepy drunk men whistled, and shouted at me from their vehicles.

I wasn’t even wearing a risque outfit. Just a grey t-shirt and faded black pants.

I’m a woman alone in a loud city of drunken idiots. it’s now 1 in the morning I desperately call my girlfriend in Largo to help me. she calls a friend that we both know to pick me up.
