Moments
Ace came through the door, excited to tell Riley about the football game last week. The Dalton student wasn’t able to attend due to unforeseen quizzes for a whole week so he had to stay home and study. Of course, he understood that Riley needed to study that’s why he was there, lips practically begging to be used to talk about the game.
“Riley?” He called, used to being in the Paige mansion. Getting no reply, he shrugged and walked up the stairs to Riley’s room. He’s probably got his headphones again, trying to focus. With that thought, Ace rolled his eyes.
He opened the door and found the room devoid of any Riley. He sighed and pulled out his phone when suddenly, two arms wrapped around his waist, making him stiffen. “Boo.” Jake whispered into his ear. Ace could practically hear his muscles moving to form that ever-so familiar smirk. He shuddered subtly. He didn’t know whether it was from anticipation or fear. Maybe both… It was usually both. The arms around his waist tightened and Jake pressed the two of them tighter. He gulped when he realized that Jake wasn’t wearing a shirt. “I was on my bed, just thinking about you.” The younger boy teased, blowing the words right into his ear. Something hard pressed against Ace’s pants and he immediately blushed. Also, all the blood rushed to his special area. “And now, you’re here. It’s like a superpower.”

“Why can’t I hold him?”
“He’s sick, Riley, I’ve told you this. He’s too little to be held right now.”
“But I’ll be careful, I promise…”
“No. Go and play with your trucks.”
“I want to hold him though, Mommy! Please, I won—“
“Go away, Riley.”
