Simply Delicious: LES MERVEILLEUSES DE LADURÉE
In my year in Paris, I soon learned the familiar pale green of the Laduree shops’ exteriors, admired the beautiful pastel-shaded gateaux in the window displays, and once or twice even enjoyed consuming said delicacies from the comfort of a gilt chair.

And now the brand turns its attention to making sweet, mouthwateringly pretty make up… There aren’t many previews yet, but here are a few images.

This charmful little shop’s current menu is as follows,
Blackcurrant & Violet – 70% cocoa bitter chocolate and violet ganache,
with a generous smear of blackcurrant jam
Sour Cherry & Pistachio – A sour cherry buttercream sprinkled with pistachios,
between pistachio shells
Pear & Ginger – A pear butter cream with squares of crystallized ginger
Chilli Chocolate – 70% cocoa bitter chocolate ganache warmed with a pinch of chilli
Sticky Date – Buttercream blended with dates, with a centre of gooey caramel
Chocolate Caramel – Belgium milk chocolate ganache combined with a golden caramel
Manuka Honey & Hazelnut – A manuka honey buttercream sandwiched between hazelnut shells.
