- Florence: Especially, like, wanting Isa to come be in the band with me and be on tour, it's made such a difference. The hill is less hard to climb, I think, with someone there.

- Florence: This is, uh, Isabella Summers, my very very good friend and also writing partner.
- Isabella: And this is Florence Welch; she's the lead singer of Florence and the Machine.....
- Florence: Oh yeah, and she plays the keys in Florence and the Machine.
- Isabella: Best friend from the beginning....
- Florence: We've done so many kind of amazing shows together [READ: the one in which Florence kissed Isabella, and the one in which Isabella proposed], and it's really nice to be able to share that with someone...and it makes my life so much easier and more fun, because you know she's such a sort of...such a ray of sunshine in my life.
- Isabella: So we have all these relationships that come and go and all the rest of it...and we go on tour and we do this...but like, we've always had
- Florence and Isabella: constant.
- Isabella: I think you're like my sister.
- Florence: Yeah.
- Isabella: I don't have any sisters; so I always say that Flo's my sister, because we have been like sisters for so long now. It's pretty much once in a lifetime that you make a friendship like we have [aka, "let's get married now, Flo"].
- Florence: Boyfriends come and go, but friends....
