It's Caturday! Overdose on Cats with Cat-A-Minute App

No other animal has been as celebrated in the digital world then the Cat. Cats are at the center of the majority of internet memes (Nyan Cat, Grumpy Cat, Keyboard Cat and Cat Breading). They are the most popular subject of countless YouTube videos (including YouTube Superstar Cat Maru) and have been at the heart of successful businesses like I Can Has Cheeseburger.
The cat is so beloved online that when Monopoly asked the world wide web what the new playing piece should be in the next edition of this classic game, the cat won out with a 30% majority share of the vote.
There have been numerous apps for cats. Apps that translate what you are saying to cats, apps that are games for cats, and even apps that let you paint cats over photos to make them pieces of cat art (Cat Paint - my personal fav).
Cat-a-minute is a new app to add to the mix. Its essentially a clock tied with a Flickr feed of cats which generates a new cat picture every minute. Simple and straightforward. But for those who can’t get enough of these cute, furry, often arrogant and snobby creatures - this app can fill your day with 1440 cats.
True cat officiatos will have this app running beside them while trolling the net on their MacBook for the latest videos for a total cat experience which will blow your mind!

Why can we get email notifications for asks, but not for fanmail? Why does the iOS app tell us when we get reblogs, likes, followers, and asks, but not fanmail?
On the desktop “standard” interface, we can tell at a glance if we have new messages. But on the iOS or the mobile browser, we have to click through several screens just to check.
Please include fanmail in other notifications. Thank you.

TaskPaper — 一个简而不陋的 Todo List App
hogbaysoftware.com这是今早的一大发现，出品了 WriteRoom 和 PlainText 的公司 HogBay Software 原来还写过一个 Task Management 的 App 叫做 TaskPaper 。它显然不可能在 GTD 的领域中和 Omnifocus 这样的旗舰拼功能全面，不过依旧有些亮点：
- 输入简便：界面和操作都和一个文本编辑器差不多，靠输入的内容来自动生成 Project、Task 和 Tags 的格式；
- 操作简便：有足够多的快捷键支持浏览和编辑，基本不用动鼠标或触摸板；
- 查询简便：搜索做的非常有意思，and or 神马的统统可以用，和 Gmail 有点像；
- 同步方便：Mac 和 iPhone 客户端之间通过一个叫做 SimpleText 的服务来同步；
综上所述，这就是个极简但是又功能足够用的 Task Management 工具，和 Omnifocus 几乎是完全对立的类型，但是适合的用户数未必少，比如 腿酥 这样的“家里蹲没神马太多事儿的宅Coder）可能就会蛮喜欢这种工具的。Oh，One More Thing，它也有主题可以切换，其中就有 Terminal 样式的，LOL

Cloudon- это очень полезный для сервис для владельцев iOS гаджетов. Чем же он полезен? Все просто- этот сервис, приложение которого вы прямо сейчас можете скачать из американского App Store’а совершенно бесплатно, приносит на ваши яблоки полноценный Miccrosoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Работает все на ура, лишь изредка наблюдаются подлагивания, но это вскоре будет исправлено новой версией программы. CloudOn отличная программа, есть синхронизация с Dropbox’ом, то есть вы в любой момент времени можете создать документ в Ворде и сохранить его в DropBox’е, продолжив работу с ним позже на ПК. Так же можно работать и в обратном порядке, то есть ПК => DropBox=> iPad/iPhone/iPodTouch.

It’s a “Safe World” after all. Thank God we are still alive! Thank God we are all safe and healthy.
Different sorts of tragedies are already happening all over the globe. Indeed, it’s really hard to tell at the present which place is safe or not. Same goes with the people we meet every single day. So, my friendly advice: Be cautious at all times.
On the bright side, just like what I’ve said in my previous post, while I was looking for some useful materials and safety tools I came across this amazing application from AppLabs Digital Studios Inc. and KidApps Inc. that we can or rather should use.
