I need to improve my ab strength by five bazillion per cent. I want to be able to nail my pole sit-up. And I also want to nail the pencil, V-sit, semi-sphere combo that we’re working on. I need to engage my arms more for the pencil so I stop sliding down.

My inverts are coming along nicely, now that I’ve solved a basic problem in my positioning, and started controlling my momentum.
