I know this pain. You’ll grow numb to it, but never used to it. It’s depressing that the paintings I take 20+ hours to create get maybe 20 notes, while the crappy sketches or gag fanart get much more love.

Well shit. I know I’ve actually got a pretty legit story involving this word, but I can’t for the life of me remember what it is. I think it involves one of the English teachers at my old school, but I honestly can’t remember.
So instead: there’s a decently popular member of the Homestuck fandom who uses the handle SaccharineSylph. She writes and draws for a pretty popular ask blog, and other such things.
I used to be pretty enamored given the quality of her ask blog and generally positive and quality posts, but later found out she suffers from a bad case of “popular individual who happens to be a huge jerk” syndrome.
