Won’t be around to much. I will be taking a break for a while because I can’t stomach these so-called Doctor Who fans who obviously understand nothing of the show.

Doctor Who means something to me because it taught me all over again how to love myself and others when I thought I had run out. It reminded me that intellect and romance DO triumph over brute force and cynicism in the end. But that’s doesn’t mean they will win every battle, and today Brute Force and Cynicism took a huge victory. As if that wasn’t hard enough, it was at the hands of people who claim to understand this show that has taught me so much about love and patience.

Steven Moffat is my hero and my role model in my chosen field. Twitter let me be closer to him than past generation was able to get to their heroes. But so much for that now.

So thanks a lot, “fans.” Hate won today, it’s your fault, and everyone’s suffering for it. Especially that brilliant, creative, optimistic, and talented writer.
