I can’t stand fashion magazines, but I’m going to go buy this one for Ainee. For a Muslim woman to be featured in a spread in one of the most popular magazines in the country is beyond amazing. This is an achievement not only for hijabis, but all WoC, and gah I’m just so ecstatic right now it’s almost bringing tears to my eyes. Ainee, I can’t even begin to describe how much you inspire me. I’m so so sooooo happy for you.

I’m so grateful to all the incredible women here like Ainee, Lema, Noor, and others, who motivate me to never stop working hard to achieve my goals, and remind me that each one of us has the ability to inspire people and make a difference in our communities. Hijabi power. <3
