It seems as though the Informants days in Ikebukoru have been strange lately. His mind was filled with thoughts (that even himself could not comprehend). Trying to seclude himself, Izaya sat in top of a deserted buildings roof watching the humans socialize from a distance. He sits down and watches them, just to clear his mind. Behind him was someone, Izaya turned around to face the stranger with his blade out ready to kill whoever it was.
