i hate when people hate on my ships and say i’m delusional for shipping them.

puckleberry, bamon, dair… each ship has moments (big and small), reasons to believe that at some point it can happen. 

puckleberry has had so many small moments and great scenes since the first season and they continue to get more scenes. i don’t need to go into details, because i basically reblog everything puckleberry and if you don’t know by now that they are canon and have moments and they continue to have them then i don’t know what to tell you.

bamon is something that isn’t seen much on the show, but they do get scenes. damon thanking bonnie for what she did (or didn’t do) for him and stefan (despite the fact that she was still apprehensive towards vampires) is still one of my favorite damon scenes. and he continues to thank her when she helps. did they have a dislike for each other in the beginning of the series? yes, but we’ve also seen them work together. not to mention the fact that, in addition to the stefan/elena/damon triangle (i totally ship SE and DE equally, btw), had bamon moments all over the book series.

and dair. since season one there have been moments between these two. the hallways scene in season one where blair and dan (despite their differences and indifference/dislike to one another) open up to each other and we see both blair and dan’s vulnerable side is still one of the best GG moments out of ALL the scenes in the series when it comes to these characters. they continued to have moments like that and the writers built up their relationship carefully (something that we rarely see on the show that tends to throw every damn couple together at one point or another) before these two even get a kiss.

so okay. you can hate on the pairing, but no don’t call me or other shippers delusional for shipping them, because they all have moments and reasons.
