I hope so! I mean, Damon also called him a “psychic freak” and Silas pretty much read his mind about how he feels about Stefan and Elena vs. him and Elena, called his mind a “dark and riveting place” and then told him to stay away from Bonnie.
…. Damon hadn’t even been following her/talking to her much since the island, so what “staying away” should he be doing?
