Let me start by saying that this is not meant to offend or start an argument. All relationship-ideals aside, I take a step back to explain my thoughts.
I honestly do not think that Eames is gay. I happen to think that he is merely a flirty, sexual person. I can just as easily imagine him being with a woman permanently. However, it is never stated that he leans to one side or another. He might even lie in between for all we know.
In regards to Arthur, I believe that if their relationship is canon (which it is never explicitly stated) it is one of those things where two people find each other, fall in love, and gender or gender-tastes do not really matter. After all, Arthur seems to be fond of Ariadne as well, and she quite obviously is not male.
I just always imagined Eames as a womanizer, one of those men who enjoy being intimate with others with no strings attached. Then, as cliche as it seems, he’d find that one person who he would want to stay with. Whether that be Arthur, Ariadne, or some random person no one is sure.

there's no real thing as an MRA. MRA's are just fighting for a false cause because of they think they're entitled to things they can't have
Can we at least both agree that the spread of misinformation and the radicalisation of opinions among both supporters and opponents is one of the bigger problems with the modern feminist movement?
