1. I once spoke to Chris Barrie (Red Dwarf, Rimmer) about his penis.
2. I spent 2 hours in the same room as David Tennant.
3. Sylvester McCoy played the spoons for me.
4. I embarrassed Peter Davison with regard to his undergarments.
5. I burped in the face of Hugo (the lunchbox has landed) Speer.
6. I ate dinner in the BBC TV Centre Canteen & lived to tell the tale.
7. I won top prize in a cheese tasting contest at a Dangermouse Convention.
8. I accidentally broke a prop from the Hitch-hiker’s Guide to the Galaxy movie.
9. I recorded the fan commentary for the series V Red Dwarf DVD.
10. One of my drinking buddies was Nicholas ’The Brig’ Courtney.

#1 was when I was on the team organising the Red Dwarf convention, ‘Dimension Jump’. Chris Barrie asked me to explain what a group of fangirls called ‘The Carrotists’ were about. They named themselves after his line in Blackadder, ‘hung like a baby carrot & a couple of petit pois’…he didn’t appear too impressed…
