Ooooh, what if the 8x22 episode called “Clip Show” features more purgatory flashbacks? Cas’s version of what happened in purgatory, maybe. What if there are events Cas remembers from purgatory that Dean doesn’t remember, memories that Cas has taken away, perhaps - like a kiss. :)

Or better yet, what if it’s like “The Man Who Would Be King” and features events from seasons seven and eight from Cas’s perspective? Imagine seeing what happened to Cas after the leviathan left his body in the reservoir, seeing Daphne save him and their life together, seeing what happened to Cas when he and Dean were separated in purgatory.

Or what if the “clips” are Cas recovering his memory of Naomi, recovering bits and pieces of his memory?

Which episodes are supposed to feature Cas again? Is he supposed to be in 8x22?

You know when you have salt & vinegar crisps, and the first one tastes the most salty and wonderful and then none of the others taste quite as good as that first one, but you carry on eating anyway in the childish hope that the others will somehow match up?
