I said it a long time ago, but my hope with hipstercastle pictures is that they are something that could be applicable to anyone, or any fandom, but hold a special meaning to Castle fans. After all, if someone sees a picture they like, maybe they’ll click on the source and come to the main page. If they come to the main page, maybe they’ll see more quotes that really strike them. And if they see lots of quotes that hit just the right notes in them, then maybe they’ll start watching the show.

As far as I know, that has yet to happen, but who knows. One of the things I love about Castle so much is that it’s applicable to so many different moods. It’s empowering, it’s inspiring, raw, nostalgic, a grammar snob’s heaven, and always incredibly, ridiculously, heart-breakingly beautiful. It’s humorous, defies the accepted and ‘normal’ gender roles.

You don’t need to be a Castle fan to appreciate that.

Also, this is sort of irrelevant but who lives in Europe (i.e. Ireland, Scotland, London, Amsterdam, Prague, Athens, Paris, or Iceland) and would be willing to let Jenny (she’s a castle fan as well) and I crash on your floor or is up for a roadtrip?
