HIIT: You're doing it wrong.

It’s not High Intensity Interval Training if:

  • Your ‘high’ intervals go for more than 60 seconds
  • You do it for more than 15 mins (10 is usually plenty)
  • You’re not destroyed by the end of that short workout.

Please reblog because I am sick of people saying they did HIIT for 45 mins or an hour or whatever. No. What you did was interval training. If you can last that long, your intensity isn’t high enough to call it ‘High Intensity’. Get it right.
