3 Cool: Swiss Things
So Switzerland is a special place for me, I got married there a few years ago and lots of our lovely family came along to enjoy this picturesque land. Add that to the fact that Switzerland is known for cool design and it’s only natural that one of my ‘cool sets of 3’ should be a Swiss selection. Here goes:

Number 1. ‘Drive to Switzerland’ poster by Swiss graphic designer Herbert Leupin, dated 1939. His style was crisp and bold and straight out of Basel school of design. Love it, want it.

Number 2. It’s a design classic - Mondaine make a replica of the clock that runs Swiss railways to the second (it’s true - I took lots of trains in Switzerland and they always ran as regular as… well.. clockwork!). As you would expect the accuracy and build quality of the clock lives up to expectations.

And Number 3. Tyophiles ahoy!… If we’re talking Swiss then it would be rude not to mention Helvetica. This pack of Helveticards will appeal to a lot of designer-types out there. A useable alternative to the more traditional deck of cards. Pleasant on the eye for sure.
