i guess it mostly comes down to him genuinely being a good person, like he’s literally never done or said anything that annoyed me, he is so nice and polite even with people that treat him badly (recent example when he got asked abt taylor’s dig at him at the grammy’s), he handles fame so well especially given his age and how much shit he gets from the media. he responds to fucking gay slurs on twitter politely (there were more but the ppl he replied to had deleted their tweets and i can’t find that cap that had them all), he doesn’t give a fuck abt that heteronormativity shit and if ppl assume he’s not straight. he doesn’t give a fuck abt the norm abt gender roles either. etc etc there’s just so much
