- I'm sitting on the couch when a preview for The Great Gatsby comes on tv.
- Me: He deserves to win an Oscar. I can't believe that Leonardo DiCaprio has never won one
- Dad: I'm not surprised. He's only an okay actor.
- Me: I think the Academy must close their eyes when they watch a movie he is in. That has to be why he has never won.
- Dad: Like I said he is just an okay actor. He is good, but not great. I think he is just okay.
- Me: Really? No he deserves to win one.
- My Sister: He did not deserve to win one for Titanic.
- Me: Umm...Really? He did deserve to win one.
- My Sister: Not really. Titanic is a great movie, but his acting isn't all that great in it. If you look at his acting it makes since why he didn't and hasn't got one.
- Me: Titanic is one of my favorite movies. His acting is great in that movie. He deserved to win one for that movie
- My Sister: The Titanic is one of my favorite movies as well, but his acting was not that good at all. The movie was great, but if you based it off of his acting alone, not good.
- Me: His acting was awesome. He deserves an Oscar. Even if it would have only been for this movie.
- Dad: She's right.(talking about my sister)
- Me: No! He did amazing in that movie
- My Sister: I'm done. There is no way to win with you. It's a never ending battle.
- Me: Because I'm right
- My Sister and Dad both shake their heads as if I was wrong
