And now, some fucking hate mail
I got this about a week ago:
Your a fucking wanker who needs to mother fucking get a life. who spends thier life making a hate website for a person who made a BIG mistake AND HAS MOVED ON FROM IT and doesn’t first give a shit about you and secOnd is richer than you and ACTUALLY HAS A LIFE!. p.s your a wanker. have a nice shitty hating someone who doesn’t actually doesn’t give a shit about you and you obviously love him if you’ve gone out your way to make a hate website and go on his twitter and take his tweets. Dickhead
Let’s talk about idol worship for a second.
I think Team Breezy is too quick to forgive Chris Brown. That’s my opinion. I think it minimizes the crime he committed and crimes like it. But, at the end of the day, I don’t feel any malice towards Team Breezy just for being too forgiving; I disagree with them but I don’t hate them for it. If they want to believe that Chris Brown is a better man now (against all evidence), that’s their prerogative. I don’t like blasting people for having forgiveness in their hearts. And it’s not like I have no idol worship in me. If I ever met Chuck Berry in real life, I wouldn’t treat him like a rich creep who once went to jail for putting a hidden camera in the women’s restroom of his restaurant so he could spy on women peeing. No, if I met the living legend Chuck Berry, I’d fangasm the fuck out, regardless of what he did. I mean, I’m not immune. I get it.
Here’s where it starts to bother me: If someone said they could never forgive Chuck Berry for what he did, I wouldn’t get in their faces about it. Because if you can only see a creepy fuck when you see Chuck Berry, who am I to say you’re wrong? Keep in mind that Chuck Berry is one of the most important people in music of the past 60 years. He’s a world-changer. But he’s also probably an asshole. And just because he’s a legend doesn’t make him above scorn or derision.
So, I want to say this first about the hate mail I got from this one deranged fan: I don’t owe Chris Brown anything. I don’t owe Chris Brown a second chance. I don’t owe him forgiveness. No one does. And unfortunately, the angrier members of Team Breezy, much like Chris Brown himself, don’t understand that. They will demand that you forget the fact that he once committed a truly heinous crime. And that’s going too far. Even if he worked his ass off, donated to domestic abuse charities, worked tirelessly to keep people from making the same mistakes he did, tried his damned-est to be the best citizen he could be, he still wouldn’t have the right to demand that people forgive him, nor would anyone else have the right to demand it on his behalf.
I wish that was all I had to say, but unfortunately, that’s not the worst of it.
The person who sent me that piece of hate mail also included their tumblr screenname, which meant I got a chance to look at her tumblr too. Predictably, there were a number of drool-y posts about Chris, but that wasn’t all. I’ve refrained from including pictures of Rihanna’s beaten, bloodied face on this tumblr and in my videos, partly out of squeamishness, partly because I’m a comedian and that shit just isn’t fucking funny. Apparently, Ms. Hate Mail did not agree, because she had several posts which included that picture, and apparently she thought it was hilarious. Under one picture, she posted the comment that the image would “cheer her up” whenever she was feeling down. Apparently this person does NOT think that Chris Brown is a person “who made a BIG mistake AND HAS MOVED ON FROM IT”. She thinks it’s fucking hilarious that he did this because Rihanna is a “skank ho” who “looks like shit.”
I re-watchedthe movie Mean Girls recently and I could barely stand it. Not because it’s a bad movie; it’s a good movie in a lot of ways. I just couldn’t stand watching the near-sociopathic hatred that females have for each other within the context of a light fluffy teen comedy. And that girl’s tumblr (which I’m not going to link to, so don’t ask) is a good illustration why. What the fuck is wrong with this girl? Why the fuck is it okay to her that her beloved idol beat the shit out of a girl who is presumably just like her?
I don’t… I just don’t get it. If you wanna forgive people, that’s one thing. I believe in forgiveness. But at the expense of his victim?? Does this person have any idea how insane she is? I like to believe the best about people, but this shit, it’s just wrong. It’s just fucking wrong.
if you think it’s about where nobody judges you, everyone loves you, it’s so sweet or whatever.
it’s really not.
it’s full of mouthy, over dramatic follower hungry tools.
annoying people who think they are so clever, who think highly of themselves and think they are better than you.
they say you can give an opinion and nobody will care, after all it’s just an opinion right?
well recently tumblr has been turning to shit with how stupid the majority of the users are.
most of them are hypocrites and will judge you/throw complete bullshit at you for no good reason.
I’ll gladly share you an incident I had this morning, there was this guy, he is follower hungry and is desperate for reblogs. he attempted to make a funny “autocorrect” and I called him out for it, I wasn’t rude in anyway, or at least not intent to.
but anyways, I simply just said that its not funny, you purposely did it in hopes you can get reblogs.
he for some reason responded thinking he can show me up with saying how his computer did and all this, I’m like “no, computers don’t just autocorrect you, you’d notice” so he posts a photo of the same word I called him out for being fake, it was autocorrected, he thought he could put smart me, but oh no I for sure did.
I posted a photo as another reply that proves that you can change words to make them autocorrect into others, he then edited his posts, and never responded so nobody knew. then deleted it.
and just to show how pathetic he really is, he got his little fan base to send me over 30 anonymous hate mail, once which said “you’re stupid, I hope someone brutally rapes your mother right in front of your eyes”
like seriously? I gave an OPINION on something and people have to over react and say all this nonsense?
and to just top it off everyone was saying “get off your high horse” “you’re not better than anyone else” “the world doesn’t revolve around you”
are you guys completely stupid?
how does stating an opinion make me think I’m any of those?
people on tumblr seriously will twist everything around and will even say/makeup stuff about you thinking they know who you are for no good reason.
hell, if you posted “cats are cool, dogs aren’t”
you’ll receive messages like “you’re such a bitch, go die”
“you think you’re so much better than everyone don’t you?”
that’s tumblr tools for you.
tumblr is shit now, but I’m going to continue to post since there are some bloggers that aren’t like the other.
tumblr: a site where everyone judges you, makes up stuff about you.
it is full of desperate follower hungry losers who don’t give two shits about you and just want thousands of reblogs.
people who send hatemail because they are as low a scumbag, who hide behind a screen and is one of the pathetic types of human beings out there.
if you work hard on something and post it, people will steal it and claim they made it, and if you call them out for it you’ll have idiots harassing you for it.
If you send hate over this then that’s because you obviously took offense to it, which makes you whom I talk about, otherwise it wouldn’t.
this is tumblr for you, it’s not as good as you think.
This is how you karma

I chose not to call her out publicly last week, I knew she was sending the anonymous messages, but I had no proof. We texted and she said “she was going to ruin my life”. Well, she tried. She obviously failed.
But let this be a warning for you future anons. Karma will get you, and it will fuck you up.
Oh, and Lola?

Rob to be in another new project - "Hate Mail"
In an article about the ‘Lawless’ afterparty in Cannes, they talk about Michael Benaroya of Benaroya Pictures, producer of the movie, and the movie he’s financing. There’s a Rob mention. Is that one of Rob’s “five projects”?
From The Wrap and Yahoo Movies
Benaroya, who co-produced “Margin Call” last year, is fully financing “Kill Your Darlings,” a $4 million thriller with Daniel Radcliffe and Michael C. Hall about young beat poets Allen Ginsburg and Jack Kerouac and a murder.
And he’s also financing the $11 million “Hate Mail,” with Scarlett Johansson, Robert Pattinson and Philip Seymour Hall. And he executive produced “The Paperboy,” also screening in competition in Cannes.
That’s a lot of money to be throwing down. Benaroya, apart from noting that he’s only lost money on one movie he’s made thus far, said he likes to gamble.
“I’m a serious poker player,” he said. “People like to underestimate me: ‘You look 25. You look like a nice guy. I’m gonna take you for everything you’ve got.’ They’re often surprised when they don’t.”
The Power of Hatred
I remember the very first time I received hate mail. It was anonymous and it made me cry to my best friend. I was bullied in high school and that was such a terrible phase in my life. I cried every single week. I thought that was over but then at that moment, I realized hatred will never end and even if people do grow up, that doesn’t mean they will act it.
There was a point wherein I wanted to delete all my accounts because they made me doubt myself and worse, the genuineness of people around me. It was difficult not knowing what to believe and not knowing if what these people fed me were lies or truths. Honestly speaking, they sounded truthful to me.
I remember one of my followers messaging me a few months ago that she received her very first hate mail and upon doing so, she wanted to kill herself.
I wrote an article a year ago because I know of so many people who have felt, feel and are feeling the same way I did. It is only human to want people’s approval. It is only human to want to be liked by everyone but that isn’t (always) the case and I had to learn it the hard way.
I have been threatened, have been spread lies about, have been backstabbed, have been made fun of… name it I’ve been there. But, I am deeply grateful for every single tear I had to shed and every word that had to pierce through my heart because it would not bring me to where I am now.
Fast forward to two years, I am not only living my dreams (some which I never really thought would be humanely possible so I never thought about them) but I am also inspiring and helping other people who have/had/are dealing with the same situation that I am and have been.
————————————————————
A kind stranger messaged me a few weeks ago that she read the article I wrote and she wanted me to appear in a segment of a TV show she produced. She wanted me to talk about my experiences in cyber bullying. I was so overwhelmed! But, I was honestly hesitant at first because I did not know what to say! I thought it over and thought of how I could help other people around me so I did it. And, I think God would have wanted that.

06 February 2012

Thank you to my ever so supportive parents, especially my Dad who came with me, took photographs and had to be late for work! And okay, to my mother for wanting to coordinate my outfit but failed to. (You know I love you) Of course, Aki, for the opportunity of a life time and to You, for your amazing ways.

As much as I want to tell every single person who has to go through this pain that it will not happen again and people will be nicer, they won’t. But you can, and you can choose to let it affect you or you can help yourself and help other people around you. I know I have and it feels amazing.
And to every single person who doubted me, every single person who “hated” me, thank you for the hatred. If it weren’t for you, I would not be here.
Catch my snippet interview on the Sunday, 19th of February, on TV Patrol Weekend. :-)
So I take it your half RETARTED or just can't read? Idgaf what this is your taking tumblr way to serious. My tumblr is a blog that I post pictures that interest ME not other people. Talk all the shit you want. Me and thousands of other people find your blog stupid and pointless. I'm racist? I am Native American. My grandmother is 100% never new what tribe I was from never found out don't talk to that side of my family. Nor is it your business. Send me hate mail everyone:) it's entertaining!
Okay Columbus here’s the thing, you are NOT native. That is what’s called a blood myth. I don’t fucking care if natives aren’t registered but if you don’t even know your tribe you cannot claim the identity because that is not how this works. We’re not some homogenous race. We have distinct cultures and distinct languages and by claiming you’re native and then playing in to the hollywood imagery you are not only insulting us but your possible native lineage. We’re irritated because we have to sift through this crap every day as actual natives and many of us track the tags for things that are relevant to actual natives because that’s what we expect to be in #Native American. As a native it is 100% my business if you claim to be native to excuse promoting colonialism and racist imagery.
I’d love to know who these thousands of people are.
Because we have well over 4,000 people who follow and support this blog.
