a series of haikus about my roommate (part 2)

roommate, your snoring

sounds like a freight train had sex

with an old blender

i have made a chart -

you sleep roughly ten hours

out of twenty four

which means that i deal

with your fucking avalanche

one might call snoring

during this time. but

but still, if possible, i

hate you more awake

a series of haikus about my roommate (part 3)

you moved out today

without so much as goodbye

or some final words

the first thing i did

when you left was pee with the

bathroom door open

you are more than the
illness which has its hands
wrapped around you

“there’s no such thing as free lunch”

and then buy them lunch.
