You know what makes me angry? Ignorant, stupid, intolerant people! Finland’s next President will soon be elected and we have two men to choose from, Haavisto & Niinistö. I don’t really care about politics but I like to hear why people vote for the one they want to be our President. People who vote for Haavisto know lot about his values and they have great reasons for voting him. And most of the people that voted Niinistö? Well, mostly the answers from them were something like: “I can’t vote for Haavisto he’s GAY!” or “He is a some kind of little rainbowhippiegreenie! We can’t have a gay president!” Every time I hear those answers I just want to punch their face! I don’t criticize their choice if they would at least have good reasons for it. “He is gay.”, is not a good reason people!
Why couldn’t he be President? His sexuality doesn’t make him any better or worse. He believes in peace and equality! Every men and women are worth the same no matter what religion they belong into or who they love. And someone who have worked in Africa and helped the people there, can’t be a bad man. :D
At lest Haavisto’s voters know what they get if Haavisto is elected for our President. All Niinistö’s voters know, is that “at least he’s not gay.”
