Feature Update: GroupRev Updates Galore!

You asked and we answered! GroupRev now gives Admins the ability to allow Team Fundraising, edit donation details, and more!

A. Page Title: Check the box if you do not wish to show a Page Title

B. Google Analytics: Enter your GA ID to track your visitor statistics. For example, where they found your link, what links they clicked on, how long they were browsing, etc.

C. Team Fundraising: Check the box to allow your fundraisers to work as a team. This will add a Teams tab to your form and allows you to track Team totals.

D. In each area of GroupRev you have the ability to set your selection to be the default for each of your fundraisers. For example, if you’d like to encourage your fundraisers to raise $5,000, you can have $5,000 automatically show when they create their personal form. They will still have the ability to edit that field if needed.

E. As the admin, you also have the ability to limit what fields your fundraisers are able to edit on their forms. If you’d like to pre-set any options and do not want your fundraisers to edit, simply click the “Supporters cannot change” box.

F. If the “Show combined donations from supporters pages on this page” box is checked, all of your supporters’ donations will appear and total on the master form.

G. By checking the box to “Allow supporters to accept offline donations” gives them the ability to enter any cash or check donations they might have received so it can be reflected in their overall total.

If you wish to include a disclaimer on your fundraising page, enter desired text into the Disclaimer field.

Edit Donation Details: To edit the details of any donation, you will need to be logged in as the administrator. Then, click on the Donations tab.

Find the donation you wish to edit and click on the Pencil icon. An Edit Donation box will appear. Edit any information necessary and press Save, Delete or Cancel.

Tips & Tricks: Add Offline Donations to GroupRev

Today’s helpful tip will walk you through how to add an offline donation to your GroupRev page.

Step 1: Login to your GroupRev account.

Step 2: Click View Project

Step 3: Click the “Give Now” button.

Step 4: Enter the parameters of the donation. Be sure to click the “This donation was received offline” box. Then click “Donate”.

You then can view the donation on your GroupRev page. It is as simple as that!

Feature Updates: GroupRev Team Fundraising

One thing you will quickly learn about Webconnex (if you haven’t already) is we are constantly working to provide you the latest and greatest in technology. New releases are a norm with us.

Some of our most recent updates have been with GroupRev, our collaborative fundraising tool. We now allow for individual team fundraisers to be found from the master project page, and any other page for that matter.

Read below to see some of these recent updates in action.

A. Project is Active: Unchecking this box will remove all pages associated with the master fundraising project. This removes the ability for anyone to make a donation towards this project. Most people would uncheck this box once a fundraising campaign is over.

B. Allow Supporters to Accept Offline Donations: If you wish to give supporters the ability to manually add donations to their page, which will ultimately effect their total raised, check this box. Otherwise, leave unchecked.

C. Show All Donors As Anonymous: When checked, donors will not have the ability to publicly post their name with the donation.

TEAM FUNDRAISING

The Teams tab now offers more functionality by allowing individual team member pages to be found from the master page, or from any of their teammate pages.

To view a list of teammates who have created a fundraising page, simply click on the Team Name. This will reveal the team member names and their fundraising totals.
