oh my god, i feel the exact same way about Nolan's trilogy ugh

lol legit my face when i think of this fucker and all the praise he gets when, no, his movies are problematic and SHOULD BE CALLED OUT MORE.  also the fact he’s constantly scoffed at the idea at robin being in the damned series, for it being too childish or some nonsense, when i’m firmly in the camp that the only reason bruce works as a character is the healthy interactions he has with the batfamily.  i stress healthy only because he’s been written inconsistently from being a healthy, supportive figure in their lives to being as abusive douche.  (the day cass takes his place is a day i long for tbh, but that is a topic for another day.)
