Hi everyone, as if I haven’t posted enough already, I wanted to say this little thank you here where my friends are.  The last few weeks have been very interesting.  Emotionally I feel like the rusted out tin man that just got oiled a bit.  Everything is creaking and making ungodly noises.  It feels very strange, yet somehow kind of nice.  Who would have thunk it, but some people on Tumblr of all ages are teaching or at least reminding me how to love.   If this sounds crazy so be it, but I feel like I’m in a very safe place to take baby steps.  The internet, WTF?  Yes in this case at least, I know that I’m surrounded by some very loving people.  Even more amazing still, it seems to be a good, healthy healing love.  Old insecure Mike still loves his hearts, but he’s also learning or perhaps relearning to love people.  Maybe that’s a good thing.
