The Universe
It’s quite simple, let’s take a second and examine. Dualities are everywhere, absolutely everywhere. Night and day, male and female, life and death, the sun and the moon, fire and water, earth and air, your breath comes in and then out, you have two eyes, two ears, two hands, two feet and so on. The list could go on forever. Breath is a cycle, so is night and day as the planet rotates all these things are rotating. Now from what I have observed in the time I have to see what is observable, the simplest form of something is often the most pure and true form. This means that if we look at the simplest and most constant of cycles like our breath or the cycle of night and day then it must be true that the universe is simply a cycle of existence and non-existence, a cycle of duality. Our thoughts truly are nothing, all is perceived through our thoughts. This means that everything is nothing, they are one and the same! The idea of this is visually represented perfectly in the Yin Yang symbol or Eternal Tao symbol. One dark, one light and each have a piece of each other inside them for eternity. This means that if the universe is a cycle it never began, nor shall it ever end, it is infinite, and though it is nothing it is also everything and has existed forever.
This means that reincarnation is true. It also means that all things are happening at all times. Everything is ever present. Look at a circle, it has no sides. Therefore the cycle of the universe has no sides, no start, no end. All is constant, the present moment is all there ever is and every moment is happening at all times in the present. Everything is connected.
Take a second to focus on your breath, It is the universe.
What to Feed Your Baby (Besides Breastmilk!)
organicthrifty.comSo, I’ve been trying to do my research on cow’s milk alternatives for Mo. I hate that she’s on formula right now. HATE IT. And in a few weeks, it’s suggested we move her to cow’s milk. NOT happening. We’ve been giving her almond or coconut milk once a day in her sippy cup for a couple months now, but I don’t believe that is nutritionally substantial as a milk replacement.
In my interwebs searches, I found this site. It has a recipe for raw goat’s milk formula that I’m thinking about making. Do you have any other information or have any experience with raw goat’s milk?
