Kate Nash - Sister.

First play through of Girl Talk. This song is a killer. I think that this was my most anticipated album of this year and it’s not disappointed so far. There’s some songs on here that I remember from seeing her live last year that I cannot wait to hear, too. Awesome pop music that’s heavy on the riot grrrl, this is Kate Nash making the kind of record that she goddamn wants to make. I wouldn’t say it’s the record she’s probably always had in her, because that would do a disservice to how far she’s come in seven years of making music, but there has been hints of this attitude and power all along, and now they’ve been realised.
