Depends on how you define the beginning. Since the beginning, as in when I started watching? Then G/E, Rizzisles, House/Wilson, and Clato.
Since the beginning of the show? There aren’t too many fandoms where I have been with them since they started, let alone with the same ship.

Hmmm. George/OMC (if it’s a super sweet fluffy guy, and that’s almost always how G/OMC is written) is a personal favorite. Also, Rizzisles and Sulu/Uhura. And any pairing involving a Toad.
