So uh, this happened.
Dear members of the Cornell community:
This afternoon, we were informed that an African-American student returned to his residence hall room yesterday evening and found a noose hanging from the bunk bed. Based on the information available to us at the time we learned of the incident, we took those steps that we consider of paramount importance—ensuring the safety of the particular student. More specifically, the student who found the noose has been able to work with residence life and campus safety to take steps to ensure his safety, and has also been advised to file a police report. We initiated an investigation, were able to determine who was responsible, and will be utilizing the student conduct system.
Based on conversations with both students involved in the matter, it now appears that this act may not have been maliciously intended. To be sure, the impact of acts such as this remains profoundly damaging all the same. Acts that harass or intimidate others are fundamentally in opposition to our closely-held values as members of a shared community; they raise troubling questions and concerns among many of us. I want to remind all members of the Cornell community that support is available through offices including the Rev. Catherine Quehl-Engel (Chaplain), Ken Morris, Jr. (Intercultural Life), Heidi Levine (Dean of Students), Julie Houser (Campus Safety), and the Counseling Center.
I hope this student presses charges and I hope even more that the name of the kid who did it is projected for everyone, including his family, friends, and black friends to see.

if you guys paid attention to anything at all kai is probably the most quiet in the group, and like myself, doesnt usually like receiving affection, but will always give affection to the ones he loves most
sm have previously forced him to get half-naked and sure he has a beautiful body but that’s honestly the sculpting of his childhood since dancing has been his life since a young age; most of us still forget kim jongin is still a child ;; kai isn’t a little ‘slut’, he’s a teenage boy still budding into maturity. /he still loves pororo/
i know we all ship kaisoo or sekai furiously, although whenever kai gives out that rare affection, sometimes they aren’t quick to return and we don’t even notice since kai blinks innocently and returns back to gazing off into the distance. although it seems biased coming from me, my k and m biases, i love taokai!!! alot, so much, i really do. if there’s anyone that can offer much unnecessary affection, its tao, and kai usually pushes him off but thereafter hovers around him, assuring him he’s thankful for the affection, but he’s uncomfortable. (which i understand because i’m exactly the same)
it seems kai’s always trying to add in his bit if he can, but he’s too quiet. the only time we can really hear him is when he’s laughing a little too loudly. kai gets the other’s humor but his humor is always misunderstood so unfortunately kai isn’t seen as one of the humorous members of exo. (which i also understand because i’m sometimes misunderstood in this way as well)
kai hasn’t really been my bias all along - it only struck me not long ago, even though we’ve almost had a year with exo. i never had a k-bias, i was always too infatuated with the m-members to pick a favorite. but a while ago i was rewatching the teasers and with every single teaser that i advanced, i began to realise why i fell in love with exo in the first place. kim jongin was what drew me to the group (as well as tao’s intriguing aura) and while all the youtube comments were shit like “why is he in all the teasers” and “sm’s bias” i just sat back and fuckign “HOW OLD IS THIS BOY HES AMAZINF.G…..”
you gotta realise this is a 19 year old who has dedicated his whole life to dancing!!! and he has the pressure of being /the face/ on his whole reputation!! yes he gets carried away when he dances and we all look at him as a genuine sex god, but he’s just a baby ;; jongin loves to dance and he does love to toy with us when he’s aware of how we react, but if jongin didn’t love to dance as much as he did, this injury, the sasaengs, the pain - he wouldn’t be doing it.
i know the other members work extremely hard but this fucking kid deserves to have this attention for all his work at his age. only five years ago he was 14 aha think about it yeah? give him some credit and support him just as you should as an exo stan. be aware of the sacrifice he’s given to perform for us. yes you’ll all be like “wtf does she know shes a body porn blog what a hypocrite” fuckin oath im a body porn blog we gotta worship these boys as they are and if that means appreciating the good things in life then fuk yea

Are people seriously trying to justify Finn almost putting his hands on Quinn by saying “She deserved it, she was faking.”? In absolute NO circumstance is putting your hands on a woman okay, especially for something as dumb as her trying to win prom queen. Trying to justify that is just as bad trying to justify Finn outing Santana, you just can’t.
I don’t like Nozomi; I’ve pretty much made that clear ever since the NinoxNozomi rumors started. But I (and every other fan girl) have no right to dictate who Nino dates. What are we, his parents? His relatives? Unless we’re actually close to him, I don’t think our opinion matters.
This signature campaign is pure bull. You want Nino to break up with Nozomi because her cooking is making him fat? DUDE. WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK. Bb had a one pack even way before the rumors started. I think all of us can pretty much assume that Nino hates exercise and loves sitting in his home playing his Wii.
And, guys? This NinoxNozomi thing? It’s still a rumor. UNCONFIRMED. Those pictures really don’t say “Oh, look, we’re in love!” Nino said that they’re friends. Unless someone actually gets a picture of them holding hands and looking all lovey-dovey, then we can conclude that they’re actually dating.
Really, guys, I’m disappointed with some fans. We loved Arashi because they are their natural selves. Now, you’re not letting Nino be himself? Really. Just. What the fuck.
yeah I’m not changing my facebook pic to anything from holi. half the people there were calling it the color run and hardly anyone even paid attention to eagle bhangra or upma explaining the festival. There’s nothing cultural about it, it’s just tons of white kids clambering at a chance to get in as many photos as possible to show the internet how outgoing and cultured they are
tl;dr our generation has the unique ability to forgo any actual experience in favor of documenting it for facebook likes.
