“Jared Padalecki - JIBCON 2012 Meet & Greet: “One of the things about being an actor is that you are only as good as the actor you play against. So you can only react to someone that brings something from you. Our chemistry as buddies came as soon as we met each other, we were like we got each other, we got along immediately. There was trust there and it showed in our acting roles. I’d come to the set to do a scene and I was like ‘Wow, he can play!’ so I kicked it up a notch. If it weren’t for Jensen I would play a different Sam. And he was also the same, Jensen would play a different Dean.””
—“Here's what I'll say about Bonnie: I haven't personally seen 'Being Human,' but I do know that they have a ghost character that operates pretty successfully on that show," Julie says. "This is not the last we've seen of Bonnie. If anything, she will be right there in the middle of story next season, just with a few new complications.”
—Bonnie will still factor into the storylines [x]“It makes no sense to punish individuals for using a substance less harmful than alcohol, instead, we should allow adults to use marijuana legally while regulating the production and sale of the substance. We will not only better control production and sales, but we will also create new jobs and generate tax revenue.”

This is a story all about how
My life got flipped turned upside down
And I’d like to take a minute just sit right there
I’ll tell you how I got my signed Motorcity poster
About one and a half months ago (29th of May to be exact) when I was just starting out in the fandom I got this ask:

And my reaction was approximately this:

“We’ll see more of “old Cas,” Collins said. He will still have all of his past experiences and won’t be as naive as he was when we first met him, but he will revert back slightly in terms of his personality.”
—(x)“And yet later Arthur completely forgets that the Dolma is supposed to have taken Merlin hostage! It’s bizarre that one minute Arthur would be prepared to literally leap off a cliff in search of his fallen friend, but half an hour later doesn’t even notice he’s not there. The showrunners are obviously playing it for laughs at this point, but it just comes across as random and unnecessary”
—SFX review for Merlin. 5.09. “With All My Heart”“Because you know what, despite popular belief, sexuality is a very flexible thing. Once you put a label on your sexuality, you don’t have to take it to your grave. Because it doesn’t matter how well you know your own sexuality, none of us can know the future. So there’s no way of knowing if you will one day be attracted to a person that does not fit your previously-established sexuality. We can only know our sexuality so far. If one day that happens to you, it won’t make you a hypocrite, a liar, or any other bullshit name that they may call you. It means that you’re loyal to yourself and how you’re living at that moment. Maybe you were that way always and you just didn’t know, maybe you weren’t and you’re only this way now.”

Also, I always think the fact that Damon doesn’t leave despite everything is a great illustration of his character and devotion. Elena has been VERY forgiving towards Damon, I like that he’s the same way. Let leaving be Stefan’s thing.

“I believe [Carter G.] Woodson [author of The Mis-Education of The Negro] knew almost a century ago, what many of us are just beginning to understand--schools have two purposes for African American children--either *destroy* or *indoctrinate*. Nationwide, many African Americans either do not graduate or they complete their education well below grade level. For those that survive destruction and acquire skills, they graduate believing Greece preceded Egypt, White is better than Black, and are more committed to the Fortune 500 than the Black community.”
—Dr. Jawanza Kunjufu, Introduction to The Mis-Education of The Negro“Attachment Therapy is the worst quackery in our nation today. To our most vulnerable children — adoptive, foster and minority children — ‘Attachment (Holding) Therapy’ and ‘Therapeutic Parenting’ means nothing less than a childhood of relentless torture. How is inflicting fear, pain, humiliation, bizarre notions of reality, threats, forced intimacy, and isolation from friends and family — how is all this expected to lead a child to trust, love, and be happy? We do know it has led to death.” ”
—Linda Rosa, RN“Just to be clear about something: NOBODY forces you to go work out or to eat healthy or to do it daily. If you don't want to, don't do it. Who cares, it's not like the world is going to come to an end for you being a slacker or prioritizing gourmet dinners and sitting on your tush all days instead of working out and paying attention to your health. To each his/her own. However do NOT ever complain that you want to be fit but you just cannot make yourself stick to a sound workout and diet plan. It's lame. And we don't care.”
—Pauline Nordinjust burned the skin color
right off of my knee while ironing.
OUCH.

Angles are shitty because I took these with my webcam, but you can still see the new, white skin underneath. It hurt when it first happened, but i guess the endorphins and stuff kicked in, cos its numb now. I can’t seem to iron anything without burning myself though, so I know this is gonna hurt like a bitch later.
