“Guys drink to forget about girls. Girls drink to think back about the guy. When guys are in love, they become poor. When girls are in love they become pretty. Guys can forget, but can’t forgive. Girls can forgive but can’t forget. Guys break up when they feel love from another girl. Girls break up when they feel the separation from their man. Guys feel curiosity towards all girls. Girls feel curiosity towards guys who are interested in them. When guys are heartbroken they try to forget about the girl by going out with another girl. When girls are heartbroken they try to find his characteristics in another guy. But finally, guys wish to be her first love, girls wish to be his last.”

some people in this world...

think they know everything about everyone. they think they know all the latest news. they think they can fix everything with words. they think they’re better than everyone else. they think they’re just freaking perfect with no imperfections. they think they can just go up to people & automatically become friends with them. they think that the whole solar system revolves around them. no honey, the world doesn’t work that way.

Haiku ~ In this ancient envelope

Bold pen expressing

The words of a pounding heart

You must understand

Gathering courage

This moment will forever

Be stained with ink

Blackness captures time

This second voice now pleading

When I can no longer

A warm spark within

Will surely expose my soul

To no one but you

(lover, watch the sun go
down on the earth, let’s
scour the earth for dis-
belief and caution)

if you could hold a thousand
petals in your hands and a
rose in your eyes, you still
wouldn’t have reached the
mortality rate in the past
three days. dear god, you
fraud, coward, monster.

dear god, ask not of my
values and faith, (oh lord,
ask of your own morals,
oh lady macbeth, see how
the blood stains your mind)

“Every single atom in your body and in everything around you, save for hydrogen and perhaps some helium, originated in a star. You and I are, quite literally, stardust. If this isn't absolutely amazing, I must admit I don't know what is.”
