I don't know where to start...
- Work has pros and cons:
- Pros: They give me money, I actually like it there so far, I drink coffee I didn’t make, the work liquor cabinet is better stocked than mine (obviously), business casual, young, fun, good looking, sweet group of people, I shop at lunch, I love downtown, I get to start copywriting soon, my boss calls things gay and retarded.
- Cons: Getting up @ 5:30am isn’t something my body or mind or soul approves of, I have to actually go there before they give me money, it’s a job, the amount of blisters I have, I miss Connor, Jacob sends me inappropriate texts and I can’t simply go jill off, gay.
- Going to a show tomorrow night at VooDoo Lounge. My brother-in-law’s cover band is playing. I will probably get drunk for the first time guys.
- I spent $200 at Target today on subpar clothes for no reason. I have black skinny jeans now though. I can spend money that doesn’t exist faster then Michael Jackson can fall asleep forever after taking Rohypnol.
- Wine tastes even better on a Friday after working for a full week after being on disability for a year.
- I got an email from the Chief Creative Officer today saying my smile and positivity have already changed the office, so that was pretty fucking awesome.
- Connor was asked to MC his principal’s retirement assembly. He is 7. He is hosting the entire thing with a cute 3rd grade girl. They asked my little boy specifically if he wanted to do it out of 300 kids! He is introducing members of the local government who are speaking! So beyond and past proud of him and I got the afternoon off so video WILL happen. He told me he is “going to talk out of his butt until he gets kicked out of school” so this should be interesting. I’ve got a fucking great kid guys. I’m lucky as fuck.
- Keep me company since my asshole boyfriend is in Vegas. I’m also obviously joking because he is the opposite of an asshole and I fall more in love with him everyday and that’s probably another post I’ll write soon. But also, fuck you Jacob in Vegas without me.
- Should I watch The Bachlorette tonight? The movie I mean. Feedback demanded, not optional.
