Good news: I did PR.
Bad news: I didn’t hit my goal
Good news: My garmin told me I hit my goal of 1:35 and change so I was really exicted.
Bad news: I forgot “Autopause” was on and it stopped timing for about 10 seconds while I died drank some Gatorade.
Good news: It’s over and I don’t start training again until July 1st. Hopefully, I can fall in love with running all over again by not being on a schedule for a little while.
Bad news: Ouch
