A Short Vignette About A Big Love
I’ve been a bit quiet this week, there’s a reason for that. A close friend told me a story about a big love in their life recently, it touched me in a strange way kinda eeky deeky way and I thought I’d draw a comic to honour the memory. Here it is in two big dollops:

i’ve read through it now and it is very good and very powerful, and gives folks a taste of unpleasant southern attitudes that nobody likes to address
(that would be racism)
(there is very obvious racism from many of the main side characters)

Best. Story. In the Book. Holy shit was this a good one. It reels you in and then fucks your face off. This story is that good. Holy crap. Just…holy crap. The less you know about this one the better. All I have to say is that it’s a romantic tale of sorts, but not one you want to show your girlfriend, lest she get any ideas. Damn fine readin’, this one is. I am definitely looking for more fucked up stories from Skipper Martin in the future. The last panel of this one will stick with you for a long time.
